Rush-Copley Medical Center launched a new Web site this week. The main goal for the site was to create a “user-centered design,” focusing both the design and Information Architecture (IA) on the users’ experience.
Throughout the process, Rush-Copley tried to put themselves in the shoes of the users, creating a site that is user-friendly and easy to navigate. For example, visitors can access information in less than two to three clicks. Their new design allows users to choose their healthcare interest from the home page and get right to where they need to be. And the medical services pages provide information in terms that the user will understand, all in one place.
Together with Geonetric, Rush-Copley has had a successful launch and their Web site visitors will reap the benefits of a site that is very well done. Congratulations Rush-Copley on your Go-Live!
